Happy WordPress anniversary you! Who would have thought a foot injury would lead us here?
Since then, I’ve joined multiple virtual and in-person races. I’m no podium finisher but a finisher nonetheless. All thanks to my caring coach, my indulging running buddy, and my persistent self. I highly recommend training under Coach Seannah who gives ambitious workout plans but adjusts to what you can do. Having my running buddy enjoy (or suffer!) various races with also helped me trudge along. I have struggled with sticking to my training schedule (because life!), but grateful I am able to bounce back when needed.

As for my writing, I haven’t gone far but I have moved onward. I update my little site and craft essays when I can. Still no publication, but I’m getting there. Silent Book Club Manila and SEA Lit Circle have been my safe and encouraging spaces for reading and writing. There is still a lot on my to-be-read (and even to-write!) list so glad I have these local communities to share interests with.

Life’s been pretty good and I plan to keep chronicling about it. Writing frenzy optional 😉
So then, let’s continue.
